Hydra Network
CPA Network by HydraMedia formely known as LynxTrack. The Hydra network can easliy be called a part of the little group called the “BBN – Bigger Better Networks”.
They are definately the guys to work with on exlusive offers as they accept and have lots of them. If you wish to promote trials and retail offers on PPC, they have one of the greatest selections.
They are very strict with their terms and conditions, which gives you an extralayer of security, as an adverstiser, but also as a publisher.
The network is using Directtrack for tracking, but has taken its time to edit its appearance. Payments have always been prompt. Payments are NET15 and via check.
If you hit good levels with Hydra as a publisher, they will put you on a weekly payout scheme and wire you the money.
When checking during the month of May 2009, the network had more than 1100 offers running at the same time.

NeverblueAds
CPA Network by Neverblue Media located in Victoria, Canada. NeverblueAds is network that focuses on bringing together quality advertisers and choice affiliates. They pride themselves in their own proprietary real time tracking system and excellent communication with affiliates and advertisers alike. Recently, they have gained a lot of exposure around the blogosphere by sponsoring many high profile contests, and it has been helping them become much more recognizable. Neverblue is not the biggest, but they still have constantly 500 to 600 offers running on their network. Many of them are freebie/survey style affiliate programs, which are pay per lead programs with low payouts (~$1-2), but only require a person to submit an email address or fill out a survey.

Copeac
Comparable to NeverBlueAds, Copeac pays out weekly for affiliates who earn $1,000 or more! If you are out of the US, you’ll start with a NET30 payout scheme.
They have lot’s of great dating offers and many great ZIP and Email submits! One of the great things is that the owner, Mike, is very reachable and if you’d ever have a problem, you can contact him personally and he’ll make sure everything turns out fine. During the month of May 2009, the network had about 350 to 400 offers concurrently.
